New Products, and Subscriber Discounts, Arrive in The New Yorker Store

After a long winter, good things are in store—specifically, The New Yorker Store.

On Tuesday, new products and restocked favorites, all inspired by the magazine, hit our online shelves, with a discount for subscribers through the end of May. Crafted from the highest-quality materials, the items make wonderful spring gifts for you and your loved ones.

Among the new offerings is our Crossword-Puzzle Puzzle, a jigsaw that you can enjoy twice: first by fitting together the five hundred pieces, then by solving the clues. Designed by the illustrator and author Tamara Shopsin, the puzzle comes with a New Yorker pencil and (no cheating!) the answers in a sealed envelope.

Those looking to get outside this season are invited, in the nicest possible way, to go fly a kite. We recommend the new Goings On Above Town Kite, designed by the artist Todd St. John, which features our ageless cover dandy, Eustace Tilley, and a tail of butterflies to keep him aloft.

A pair of new Onward and Upward Coffee Mugs celebrate two long-standing features of the magazine. The Talk of the Town banner adorns the Irvin Edition of the mug—named for Rea Irvin, The New Yorker’s first art editor, who originally sketched the illustration. A contemporary artist, the longtime cover contributor Christoph Niemann, provides the imagery for the mug’s Fiction Edition, a playful skyline depicting the city that never sleeps.

Several limited-edition items, which sold out during The New Yorker Store’s first week, are back in stock, including playing cards designed by the cartoonist and cover artist Edward Steed, and Eustace Tilley socks designed by the illustrator Luci Gutiérrez. As always, the Store offers subscriptions to the magazine: buy one today and receive exclusive access to the New Yorker app, The New Yorker Live, and other perks for subscribers only.
